Software Extras are additionally acquirable applications for Milestone 312 which can be activated with your dealer. The amount of Software Extras will steadily increase and realize new customer wishes. The following overview shows you which Software Extras are already available:
- Speakout: Speakout is an integrated RFID reader, which can read RFID tags. You can label objects (CDs, medicines, clothes) with a variety of tags. Speakout can identify these tags. So for every tagged object you can record a voice message and the next time you scan the object, Speakout will play this message. Thereby you can mark even difficult objects with lots of additional information. Unlike M311 it is possible to pass on a SD card accessory with Milestone 312. The hardware for Speakout is already installed inside the device. More information you find under “Speakout”.
- Radio: The built in stereo FM tuner integrates automated channel searching, channel saving and radio recording. Also a direct frequency input is possible.
- Agenda: Agenda is a powerful appointment calendar to organize daily life. You can build up an extensive calendar, which reminds you of birthdays, appointments, etc. Beside typical calendar features you can use Agenda to time special events, as for example recording from radio at a preset time.
